About Us
Crissy Freeman Cascio is the founder of ResolveER
With over two decades working as a leader in the field of human resources, Crissy brings her consulting expertise in finding low risk solutions with the most challenging employee relations matters, to her clients. Crissy offers a unique background of experience, building the Employee Relations function for large employers, navigating employment risk for small to medium organizations, and an understanding of human behavior, when helping her clients solve their most challenging situations. Clients come to her with frustration and confusion and leave with confidence!
Crissy received her Bachelors degree from the University of Maine with a degree in Public Management and a minor in Human Resource Management. She also received her Career Coaching certification from Career Counselling Services.
She loves to give back to her Maine community, volunteering, supporting local businesses, and has served as a Board member for the Maine Women’s Conference.
In her spare time, Crissy enjoys spending time with her fiance and her two young adult children or you can find her connecting to nature in the beautiful State of Maine.
